*Job Description:*
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Research Associate who is interested in joining a highly dynamic and intellectually challenging work environment and ready to multi-task within scope. The successful candidate will have experience in immunology and will be intimately involved in the establishment and management of a multifunctional biology lab.

*Basic responsibilities:*
– Maintain and propagate mammalian cell lines
– Perform standard molecular and cell biology experiments (DNA, RNA,
– Develop and run immune cell-based assays on various platforms as directed
– Perform lab management duties: procurement, vendor and regulatory contact
*Desired skills and experience:*
– Expertise in mammalian cell line propagation and maintenance
– Multicolor flow cytometry, cytokine/chemokine profiling on Luminex  or
similar platform
– Cell viability/proliferation and metabolic assays
– Ex vivo sample processing, including DNA extraction and
– Immunofluorescence and high content imaging
– Sample preparation for DNA and RNA sequencing
– Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, team player spirit
*Education and work experience:*
– MS degree in biological sciences or related field
– 2-5 years of relevant experience in academia or industry
